Pulmonary aspergillosis may present with three different features, according to the immune status of the host. These forms are invasive aspergillosis, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) or aspergilloma, Bronchial involvement is an uncommon type of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.
