Abstract
The dark current voltage characteristics, the wavelength dependence of photocurrents, and the photovoltaic properties of a-Si:H camel diodes have been investigated. The internal photoemission over the potential barrier in the bulk of the amorphous silicon and the internal gain of photocurrents at short wavelength photons have been observed.
