Abstract
In this paper, we, for the first time, proposed and fabricated a nonvolatile pentacene organic memory (PENTOM) with a triple-layer gate insulator on a poly-ethylene-terephthalate (PET) flexible substrate, and their memory characteristics in fabricated devices and mechanisms are investigated.
