Abstract

This paper proposes Mobility and HetNet-CA (Heterogeneous Network Carrier Aggregation) technology of Multi RAT(Radio Access Technology) terminal based on SDN (Software Defined Network). It improves transmission speed by using two network interfaces. These network interfaces make dual link with APs(Access Point) so that it can reduce handover latency.
