A research on QR Code recognition enhancement using pre-constructed image matching scheme

Abstract

Recently, as the smartphone market is growing rapidly, the amount of using QR Code with smartphone is increasing together. This paper proposes a new method for improving the rate of QR Code recognition on smartphone. In some angles, sometimes, a few applications cannot recognize QR code. So, this method make it possible to recognize the QR Code any angle. In order to find an original QR Code we proposes a method which recognizes QR code imaginary at first, then send information of this QR Code to an area of QR database. Finally we use 'image matching method' between recognition of QR Code and the database we already had.
