Abstract

We present simple P-I-N phosphorescent green OLEDs having an ideal energy level structure. A low driving voltage value of 3.3 V and maximum current- and power-efficiency values of 50.1 cd/A and 60.5 Im/W are reported in this P-l-N structure. Further, a very low roll-off current efficiency of 6.8 % to reach a luminance of 10,000 cd/m² also is reported.
