Abstract

While much important information is sent and received on Internet, the information is exposed in many threats. As the Multicast service is various and generalized, the service range is widened. When a new member joins in or leaves from a Multicast group, the group key that the existing member use, should newly update. The existing method has a problem that the performance is depreciated due to the key exchange. This paper propose the effective group management mechanism for secure transmission of Multicast data on Multicast group that frequently joins in and leaves from a group.
