Abstract
We have studied the behavior of hole mobility of the PLEDs having a hole transport layer such as PEDOT:PSS. Using the transient-electroluminescence technique, we measured the mobility of the emitting layer in the PLED which is at an order of 10-5cm2/Vs at room temperature. The mobility increases significantly with PEDOT:PSS, but has no dependence of the thickness of LiF in the range of 1 to 3 nm.
