Anomalous thermoluminescent emission from NaCl:KCl crystals

A very narrow (4 K full width at half maximum) glow peak is reported in thermoluminescence of NaCl:KCl crystals. The peak, which appears at 397 K, leads to anomalous values of the trapping parameters. It is suggested that the peak may be narrower still, resembling a "line."
