Abstract

This paper proposes Mobility technology of Multi RAT (Radio Access Technology) terminal based on SDN (Software Defined Network). It improves transmission speed and reduce handoff latency by using two network interfaces. These network interfaces make dual link with APs (Access Point). Each link has the separate role, Active and Standby. Active Link is used for communication and Standby Link is used for scanning near APs.
