Abstract

The electrical insulating properties in polymers have long been explored for electronic applications such as organic thin-film transistors. Compared with various inorganic insulator materials, polymeric insulating materials offer processing advantages such as low cost, light weight and low temperature processing. In this study, we synthesized photo-cured and thermal-cured polymers, which exhibit good adhesion to various substrates and appear almost completely unstructured, and explored their electrical, physical and chemical properties.
