Abstract

A 11-stage ring oscillator with pentacene organic thin-film transistors has been developed. The OTFTs were made using the self-organized process on plastic substrate. It exhibited the frequency of 10.4 kHz and the stage delay of 4.4 μs at an applied voltage of 40V.
