Abstract

A clothing-shaped substrate that matches the characteristics of a fabric was designed to minimize the physical strain and stress on organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs).The room temperature process minimized the deformation of the fabric during the fabrication process, and a clothing-shaped substrate having the same surface as a flat glass substrate was fabricated. Finally, clothing-shaped OLED that provide excellent wearing comfort such as clothes was proposed, and flexibility, bending and wrinkling characteristics were evaluated.
