Abstract

The authors regret omitting citations from the above article. The first sentence of the section “3.2. Measures” should have read: A preliminary list of measurement items was generated from previous studies pertaining to surface acting (Brotheridge & Lee, 2003; Chu & Murrmann, 2006), emotional intelligence (Wong & Law, 2002), individualized consideration (Avolio & Bass, 1995), and job satisfaction (Brayfield & Rothe, 1951).
