Abstract
We review the properties of D-branes on group manifolds. Using the simple example of SU(2) WZW model, we consider the RR charge, shape of the D-branes from the boundary CFT point of view. This is consistent with the K-theory prediction. We mention the more general cases of noncompact groups (AdS3 space) and cosets, and possible generalization to other groups.
