Abstract
We report a blue TADF device with high efficiency of 26.3% and long device lifetime (LT90) of 93 hrs at 1000 cd/m2, respectively. This good device lifetime is achieved by avoiding material degradation by using high bond dissociation energy materials. In addition, a deep blue hyper fluorescence device using KH-2 as an emitting dopant shows high EQE of 36.8% with CIE of (0.14, 0.08).
