Abstract

An optimized multi-electrode type compact x-ray is developed using the COMSOL Multi-physics. To adjust various parameters inspected the effects on the minimum F.S.S. at the anode electrode. The four parameters (electrode voltage, electrode thickness, electrode distance, focusing electrode) studied for optimized structure. These results are used to develop an optimized CNT x-ray source. Micro Focused CNT x-ray source will be applied for medical imaging.
