Abstract

A electron emission property of carbon nanotube (CNT) emitter grown with high temperature condition is studied. CNT emitters were grown on Si wafer with different temperature conditions. The electron emission current was enhanced with high growth temperature. The effect of high growth temperature on electron emission properties of CNTs was investigated.
