Abstract

Correction for "RNA polymerase II trapped on a molecular treadmill: Structural basis of persistent transcriptional arrest by a minor groove DNA binder," by Juntaek Oh, Tiezheng Jia, Jun Xu, Jenny Chong, Peter B. Dervan, and Dong Wang, which published January 12, 2022; 10.1073/pnas.2114065119 (Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 119, e2114065119). The authors note that Fig. 6 appeared incorrectly. For this figure, the color code of the downstream DNA duplex region of n-3 pretranslocation was incorrect. The correctedfigure and its legend appear below. The online version has been corrected.
