Abstract

We report on the stabilized high current emission of resist-assisted patterning grown carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The CNTs can endure a high current and stable in long time operation. The electron emission current strongly depends on the growth conditions. We developed high resolution CNT emitters with high density emission current. By using this CNT emitter, we can make the high resolution X-ray source with stable emission current.
