Abstract

Eports a heterogeneous Ag nanowire synthesis via AgCl nanoparticle fabricated on a nanoliter scale droplet and its localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR)-based fluorescence enhancement. We modulated the concentration of AgNO3 and NaCl for AgCl nanoparticle fabrication and the heterogeneous Ag nanowire synthesis was carried out, sequentially. The transversely and longitudinally tuned Ag nanowires were further adapted to induce LSPR-mediated fluorescence enhancement phenomenon which could be adapted to accelerate the physiologically importance of the optical therapy.
