High Optical Contrast Reflective Display with Electrochromism

Abstract

We report a new reflective display combined electrochromic device and white reflector for the wearable application. This device shows a high contrast ratio of 38:1 under ambient light condition of 660 lux due to their good outdoor visibility based on high reflectance and deep black level.
