Abstract

Two 3-stack tandem white OLEDh devices with blue-yellow-blue and blue-blue-yellow structures with fluorescent blue and yellow phosphorescent materials were investigated about various performances for display applications. We report CIE coordinates of (0.335, 0.313) and 23.6 % EQE (external quantum efficiency) at 1000 cd/m2 in blue-blue-yellow structure.
