Abstract

We report highly efficient green thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitters (KHU-TG1, KHU-TG2). Both emitters show small energy gap between the singlet and triplet states (0.08 eV) with short delayed fluorescence lifetime (rd) (2.68, 1.36 μs). Fabricated OLED devices with KHU-TG1 and KHU-TG1 emitter exhibit maximum external quantum efficiency of 28.8 and 23.2% with low efficiency roll-off characteristics.
