Highly efficient boron acceptor based blue thermally activated delayed fluorescent emitter

Abstract

We report two TADF dopants, KHU-TD01 and KHU-TD02, combined boron acceptor with our two donor moieties. Fabricated KHU-TD0I and KHU-TD02 devices show very high EQE of 37.4 % with CIE (0.16, 0.34) and 12.5% EQE with very good deep blue color coordinates of (0.15, 0.08).
