Abstract

Herein, we demonstrated the first highly efficient geometrical stretchable top-emitting organic light emitting diode by incorporating the pre-stretched optical adhesive (OA) film. The enhancement of device efficiencies with light extraction phenomenon brought by the nano wavy corrugated structures of OA substrate. GSOLED shows stability in stretchable conditions and displays narrowband emission with color purity. The device shows very high current efficiency and EQE of 221 cd A-1 and 51%.
