Abstract

In this work, we report a new highly reflective semi-transparent cathode unit for highly efficient top emission OLEDs. The fabricated blue and yellow top emitting OLEDs with this new cathode exhibit the enhancement factor by 1.4 and 1.8 times, respectively, compared with Mg:Ag (10:1) cathode devices.
