Abstract
Highly-stable oxide thin-film transistors (TFT) circuits with visible- light transmittance of ∼70% and rollable to cylinders with radius of 2 mm are demonstrated on solution-processed colorless-polyimide. Carrier glass and a special de-bonding layer are used during fabrication. Stable TFT and circuit performance are achieved under positive-bias and mechanical bending stress.
