Improvement of efficiency of a new solution processed red organic light emitting diodes by applying a new crosslinked hole transport layer

Research output: Contribution to journalConference articlepeer-review

Abstract

We synthesized a new set of solution processable light emitting materials for phosphorescent red organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). To improve the device performance, we controlled the electron mobility of electron transport layer (ETL). However, the effect of changing the electron mobility of ETL was very limited. So, we applied a new crosslinkable hole transport layer which was perfectly crosslinked at 135oC and achieved much more improved efficiency by up to 200%.
