Abstract

Total quality management (TQM) continues to play an important role in business management. Regardless of the application, TQM principles share common viewpoints of the analysis through facility, employee, product, and customer. A combined approach considering physical as well as information side in regard to the TQM four points is introduced. This approach provides a new framework to redesign old systems.
