Abstract

In this work, we report a new organic electron transport layer(ETL) for high performance of green inverted quantum dot light emitting diodes(QLED). We anticipate this organic ETL not only delay electron flow to match charge balance but also reduce exciton quenching between inorganic zinc-oxide(ZnO) layer and quantum dot(QD) layer.
