Organic thin-film transistor and its application to large area electronics

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

High-performance pentacene organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) was developed by using self-organized process. The performance is at least the same as that of a-Si:H TFT. The OTFT on ultra-thin plastic was also developed by using detaching it from the glass substrate after spin coating and curing polyimide on it. The OTFTs using DH4T and TIPS-pentacene having high on/off current ratio of >106 were fabricated by inkjet printing.
