Abstract

This paper demonstrates a wired MUX circuit for an oxide TFT dual mode shift register which supports two scanning pulses of different timings and pulse widths at one gate line. This new MUX circuit is integrated in the output circuit and the output voltage range of the supply rail is guaranteed over the threshold voltage variation of oxide TFTs from depletion to enhancement at the fast rising time. The output performance is verified by SPICE for the threshold voltage variation from -4V to 5V.
