Abstract

In this paper, we propose the pixel circuit design framework of an active-matrix organic light-emitting diode display (AMOLED) based on reinforcement learning (RL). The efficient pixel circuit design process is accomplished by the integration of various schemes such as mask matrix, initial node connection, sub-goals, circuit trimming, and initial state selection.
