Abstract

Vapor deposited polyaniline thin films were studied with the aim of investigating the possible preferential bonding orientation in vapor deposited polyaniline and resulting light polarization effects in photoemission. Films were grown on oxidized Si surfaces and Au. Observations were made using AFM and SEM measurements.
