Abstract

In this paper, we review the experimental results focused on the stable printed organic thin-film transistor (OTFT). We discuss the environmental stability for our OTFT structure having hybrid passivation layer. In addition, the bias-stress and thermal stability of printed OTFT are discussed as well as the ink-jet printing process for high performance, stable OTFTs.
