Programmed micropore fabrication technique utilizing non-focus area photocuring process

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

We demonstrate a convenient and simple method to fabricate programmed microporous structures using a photolithography system with a high numerical aperture objective lens and a single material. By controlling the mask design and position, various micropores can be fabricated in the structure. Also, we show applications of the micropore structure such as encoded microparticles with a variety of capacities and programmed microchannel sheets using overlapped micropores.
