Abstract

Rapid determination of chlorinated pesticides in biological samples by freezing lipid filtration and mass spectrometry/gas chromatography was discussed. Selected ion monitoring was used to arise efficiency and selectivity. DB-5MS column was used for the separation of chlorinated pesticides from interference matrix. Results showed that the method resulted in significant reduction in the consumption of hazardous organic solvents.
