Stabilization of field emission of carbon nanotube emitters by using FET switching

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are promising field emission source. But the current fluctuation of the field emission and high driving voltage are considered as hurdles for application. The CNT emitters with field-effect transistor (FET) are very useful to overcome these issues. The field emission characteristics and emission stability of CNTs which is connected to drain of FET were discussed.
