Abstract

We have studied the carrier transport phenomenon in OLED [ITO/PEDOT/Green-EML polymer/LiF/Al] at low temperatures by investigating mobility, color stability and EL spectrum change. With decreasing temperature, the mobility decreases until 210K but it increases below 210K, which indicates polaron hopping near room temperature and band-transport at low temperatures. At 60K the EL spectrum shows a second peak, which appears to be due to phosphorescence emission.
