Abstract

To improve the viewing angle dependence of TEOLEDs, we have modified the surface morphology of highly reflective anode by using nano-island structure. This nano-island structure is simply fabricated by depositing a specific inorganic material and applying an appropriate environmental condition of a certain temperature and humidity. The resultant TEOLEDs with nano-structured reflective anode showed stable white angle difference (WAD) with A u’v’ of0.005.
