Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of an expanded TAM on consumers' attitudes and continuance intention by applying the expanded TAM to leftover food platforms of restaurants and to identify the moderating role of age in this causal relationship. The hypothesis was tested through structural equation modeling analysis using a total of 333 samples. In the study, the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and subjective norms among subfactors of the expanded TAM showed positive effects on consumer attitudes. Also, consumer attitudes and subjective norms increased consumers' continuance intention. Lastly, no significant differences were found in the moderating role of age in the influence of the expanded TAM on attitudes. As a result, the goal should be to create a more user-friendly leftover food platform so that people can easily utilize the application in their daily lives by facilitating access to information and resources.
